Hi, I’m Marie!
Hi! I’m Marie, and I’m so glad you’re here.
I love supporting women as they move through pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into motherhood. While this season can be beautiful, it can also feel exhausting, overwhelming, and lonely at times.
My passion for working with new moms is shaped by my own experience after the birth of my daughters, including a lengthy NICU stay and the trauma our family walked through during that time. Because of that, I care deeply about creating a space where moms feel seen, supported, and able to process both the joys and the hard parts of parenthood.
Whether you’re adjusting to life with a new baby, healing from a difficult birth or NICU experience, or simply feeling stretched thin in this season, I hope to be a place to exhale, feel understood, and receive support.

Who I am as a Counselor
I specialize in working with teen girls, young women, and new moms navigating anxiety, overwhelm, and major life transitions. I offer a warm, supportive space where clients can slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what they’re carrying.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through feeling safe, seen, and connected. Together, we work to better understand patterns, process difficult experiences, build healthier coping strategies, and create more emotional balance and self-compassion.
My approach is rooted in an attachment-based lens, helping clients understand how relationships and past experiences shape emotions, patterns, and connection with others. With couples, I also integrate Gottman Method techniques to strengthen communication, deepen connection, and navigate challenges more effectively.
