Each group session is $75.
We are glad to discuss reduced-fee options if cost is a barrier to participation. While we are not always able to guarantee reduced-fee spots, we do our best to make group accessible and may have limited reduced-fee availability.
-
We do not accept insurance for our groups.
This is an intentional decision based on our commitment to privacy, autonomy, and flexibility in care. By not working with insurance, we are able to offer support without requiring a clinical diagnosis, and without insurance companies determining eligibility or influencing the type of care provided.
We recognize that perinatal mental health concerns are deeply personal and often involve vulnerable and sensitive experiences. Protecting that privacy is central to our approach. This allows clients to make choices about their care in partnership with their providers, rather than through the constraints or requirements of third-party payers.
While this means services are private pay, it also allows us to keep the focus on individualized support and to prioritize what is most helpful and appropriate for each mother and family we serve.
If you have out-of-network benefits, we are glad to provide superbills to clients to allow them to pursue potential reimbursement with their insurance company.
